Refunds are only applicable before the processing or execution of services has started.
Once the project is initiated — including strategy planning, content creation, design, or campaign launch — the order becomes non-refundable.
Each project begins only after client confirmation and upfront payment. Timely communication is expected to keep services on track.
We offer multiple rounds of revisions (as per your package) to resolve dissatisfaction. Refunds are not offered for subjective preferences when the service has been delivered as promised.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
